Abdulrahman Kinana 1970s. Kinana served in the Tanzania defense Forces for 20 years before retiring as a Colonel in 1992. He also served as the Deputy Minister of Defence, Deputy Minister Foreign Affairs and Minister of Defence. He was the MP for Arusha constituency for 10 years.
