Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Requirements
Aged between 28-35 years
Bachelors degree is sales related program
Accommodation will be arranged by them
A flexible person who is willing to travel to rural places without complaints
A basic understanding of the process involved in Gold Mining
To have 3-5 years of previous experience in sales
A go-getter who has the capability to understand the market scenario, market requirements
Possesses good spoken & written Kiswahili as well as English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Salary : 500,000 - 800,000 Tsh net in hand
